Primaflow F&P launches 'biggest and best' customer rewards programme

The UK's largest heating, plumbing and bathroom wholesaler Primaflow F&P has announced the return of its popular 'Rewards' initiative, with this year's scheme offering customers a wider range of rewards, over an extended period of time. 

Until 30th September 2019, independent merchant and retailer customers will earn points for every £1 spent, across all product sectors: plumbing, heating, bathrooms,fires, electrics, fittings and accessories. These points can then be redeemed for a range of rewards - from personal items such as iPads, TVs and fashion accessories, to team events and luxury breaks, both in the UK and abroad. 

Primaflow F&P's Head of Marketing Tim Ramsey explains that the scheme has been designed to drive sales by rewarding customers for meeting order targets: 

"The core principle underpinning this initiative aligns perfectly with our company's ongoing mission: to simply deliver more. As our customers increase the volume and /or frequency of purchase, they accumulate points, which build towards rewards - it's a popular scheme, and one which this year has been fine-tuned to deliver optimum value to customers on all levels. 

"To hone the scheme this year, we've broadened the range of rewards, extended the time period during which points can be earned, and improved the online platform,with a daily tracker enabling customers to more closely monitor their progress." 

The comprehensive package of more than 70 reward items spans four categories: Technology (with items including iPhones, speakers and TVs); Lifestyle (with roadbikes, luxury hampers and high end watches); Experiences (with spa and theatre breaks, as well as trips to Paris, Barcelona and Abu Dhabi) and Team Events (with escape room challenges, cookery classes and go karting experiences). 

Rewards can be claimed 'as they are earned' - meaning that customers can enjoy multiple reward items throughout the redemption period - which extends past the end of the September points deadline, and runs until 30th November 2019. 

Customers who signed up for Rewards last year have been automatically enrolled into this year's initiative, and can check progress by logging on to the dedicated Rewards site at www.primaflowfandprewards.co.uk.
